Christians, Muslims and Jews believe in one god. All three beliefe in Abraham who did not know about there three religions: Abrahamic Religions: It must be the same god, the one god!

Abrahamic Religions: Christian, Jewish and Muslim God

Abraham and his wife Sarai experienced a lot, but they did not have children. When Abraham was 77 years old, Hagar gave birth to Abrahams son Ismael. Abraham banned Hagar and Ismael with only bread and water to the desert.

God promised Abraham further children and named his wife Sarah. When Abraham was 100 years old, Sarah gave birth to Isaac. This son inherited everything from Abraham, although Abraham had six more sons with Keturah after Sarah perished. Abraham died in the age of 175.

Jews and christians believe that Abraham wanted to sacrifice Isaac for god. Muslims believe it must have been Ismael. But all three religions agree, that Abraham wanted to sacrifice his son on the Temple Mount, today underneath the dome of the rock, and that he killed an animal instead.

Jewish God

Isaacs son Jakob, regarded as Patriarch of the Israelites, had 12 sons and one daughter from four women. The sons are seen as the founder of the twelve regions of Israel.

Christian God

Christians see Abraham as ancestor of Jesu and as „father of believe“. Ismael stands for servitude and existence, while Isaac is seen as „child of promise“ and freedom.

Muslim God

Muslims are convinced that Mohammed descends from Ismael. Together with this son Abraham built the Kaaba in Mecca, the house of god. A footprint of Abraham is proof for this work until today.

So far there is no proof oft the existence of Abraham.
