Usha Bista (born in 1985) is a Nepali women who almost died on Mount Everest. She was saved by other mountaineers after others have left her.

Dave Hahn and Sherpa Phinjo Dorje came by and helped McGrath bringing Usha Bista down to the south col. There, British phycists helped here and brought here down to the base camp.
